The creamy is a typical Umbrian salami with very ancient origins. It is a pork-based product coming from: shoulder, bacon, trimmings of ham and loin, with the addition of natural flavors and spices to then be stuffed into natural veal or pork casing. This cured meat does not have a very long seasoning and its characteristic is precisely its softness and spreadability, obtained by finely pulling the same dough several times until it has the consistency of a cream, which will be more or less soft depending on the amount of fat added. ; as it matures, the creamy can be sliced ​​like any other salami.

Spreadable salami of 400/500 grams.

With an inviting pink color, it is a salami consisting of pork pulp and fat (in varying percentages) with the addition of salt, and spices such as black pepper and crushed garlic.

Ingredients: pork, salt, wine, pepper, garlic, acidity regulator E325, preservatives E250, E252, antioxidant E301. It may contain traces of sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
