Our jams have all the characteristics of homemade jam because they are produced with traditional methods.
They are made with fresh fruit. They have the natural color of fruit because they are cooked over a high flame, without the addition of dyes.
The minimum use of added sugar allows us to create a product with a very high percentage of fruit compared to the more usual procedures, thus allowing us to obtain a dense product without having to add thickening substances.
Pasteurization is used as a method for conservation, which provides an indisputable guarantee of conservation. Once opened, the jam must be kept in the refrigerator.
