Being a micro farm, which raises a small amount of animals, the availability of the products is very limited. The goal is to go back to raising animals “as it once was” in an ethical and sustainable way, focusing on the well-being of the animal while respecting the environment in which it lives. This type of farming results in products of the highest quality. The animal is raised in the wild and mainly acorn-fed, no antibiotics or GMOs are used, the animal therefore follows its natural and slow pace of growth.
